Since we train children in different age categories, it is necessary to adapt individual trainings to them. With the youngest children (6-8), the difficulty lies in maintaining their attention and interest, so the training takes place mostly in a playful way, includes various ball competitions and improving physical condition and overall strength. For the older ones (9-11), the emphasis is on correct techniques of movement, dribbling and shooting, and the oldest (12+) are made familiar with different game scenarios and combinations.
