At our basketball club in Rovinka, we decided to create a safe and supportive environment where children and youth can discover their potential in this exciting sport. The idea of \u200b\u200bcreating a club arose with the intention of providing another opportunity for sports enjoyment in our community. Since our establishment in September 2023, we have undergone great development and growth. Although we are a relatively new addition to the local sports scene, our club is full of energy and enthusiasm.<\/p>\n

The current player roster consists of 60 children between the ages of 6 and 15. Children develop their athletic skills but also learn important life lessons such as teamwork, discipline and perseverance.<\/p>\n

Our coaching team is as young (at least in spirit \ud83d\ude42 ) and full of enthusiasm as our players. We are united by one common belief - a passion for this sport and a desire to help our players reach their full potential. We are here not only to teach them basketball skills, but also to help them grow as personalities. With our approach, we try to contribute to the formation of young people and help them become better players and better people.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The main motive of our coaching team is to positively influence the lives of our players. We are convinced that through sports we can teach children important life values \u200b\u200bsuch as teamwork, discipline, mutual respect and cooperation. Every training session is an opportunity to support not only their sports skills, but also their personal growth.<\/p>\n

In today's world, where a sedentary lifestyle prevails, it is important to encourage active movement among young people. Our trainings not only provide physical activity, but also emotional and social support. We prepare our training sessions taking into account the individual needs and age categories of our players. For the youngest (6-8 years), the goal is to create a fun and stimulating environment where they can learn basic basketball skills and improve their coordination and physical condition. We mainly try to keep their attention and interest in the game.<\/p>\n

During training sessions for older children (9-11 years old), we focus on improving technique and tactics. We focus on developing their dribbling, shooting and decision-making skills. We want them to learn to communicate effectively with the team and work together to achieve common goals.<\/p>\n

For the oldest players (12+), training will focus on more advanced basketball skills and tactics. We try to strengthen their gaming skills. We also emphasize ethics and fair play on the field.<\/p>\n

Every practice is an opportunity for us to provide our players with the best possible environment to grow and develop not only as players, but also as people. We are proud to be a part of their basketball journey and look forward to what the future holds.<\/p>\n
